This Site is an informational and marketing website for the Criadiv platform. The Criadiv platform, where users can post requests, list services, create accounts, and transact, is available separately at app.criadiv.com and is governed by its own terms. These Terms apply only to your use of this marketing Site.

Criadiv operates a marketplace that connects clients seeking creative services with independent service providers (“Creatives”). Criadiv is not a party to any agreement between clients and Creatives, does not employ Creatives, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service. Any transaction you enter into through the Criadiv platform is solely between you and the other party.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the Criadiv platform and social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
